Margaret Parkhurst Atwood, of Lake Wales, Fla., passed away on Jan. 31.
She was the daughter of Clarence D. Buckpitt and Ada May Argue.
She was a graduate of the National Cathedral School in Washington, D.C.
She was the beloved wife of the late Rawson Atwood; devoted mother of Joan A. Kunzelmann of New York, and John R. Atwood of Newcastle; grandmother of five; and great-grandmother of three.
Services were held on Feb. 5, with interment in Vermont at a later date.
