Mary Etta Peaslee, 76, of Boothbay, died Sept. 21 at Maine Medical Center. She was lovingly surrounded by close family.
Mary was born March 28, 1942 in Boothbay Harbor, the daughter of the late Leslie A. Barter and Pearl A. Pitcher.
Her interests were gardening, nature, and traveling.
She was predeceased by son, Stephen F. Barter; and husband, Freeman.
She is survived by sister, Virginia A. Chubbuck and husband Carroll of Edgecomb; and nieces, nephews and friends.
Per Mary’s request, there will not be services.
