Maurice B. Condon, 63, of Washington, died on Oct. 26 at his residence, following a long illness.
Mr. Condon was born May 31, 1944 in Washington, the son of Bruce L. Condon and Lucille Prescott, and attended Washington schools. He was raised by Archie Leigh, whom he called Dad.
A longtime truck driver, he was employed by the Town of Washington, plowing and sanding the town roads.
He loved to hunt and fish, spend time with his family and have cookouts, and go camping.
Survivors include his wife, Arlene Condon of Washington; sons, Maurice Condon, Jr. of Warren, Steven Condon of Augusta, Shannon Condon of Washington, and Shane Collins of Chelsea; daughters, Leeann Condon of Washington, Arlene A. Condon of Appleton, and Jamie Condon of Washington; brothers, William Leigh and James Leigh, both of Jefferson, and Alfred Leigh, Elmer Leigh, Earl Leigh, Carl Leigh and Richard Leigh, all of Washington; sister, Lucille Peaslee of Jefferson; 22 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; 64 nieces and nephews; and 23 grand-nieces and nephews.

Graveside service 11 a.m., Wed., Oct. 31 at the Condon & Leigh Cemetery, Crystal Lake Rd., Washington.
