Paul L. Mushrall, 42, of Warren, died suddenly on Sept. 28 while on a family hunting trip to Portage Lake.
Paul was born April 8, 1965 in Bangor, the son of Max and Connie Huntington Mushrall. He graduated from Camden-Rockport High School, class of 1983.
During his high school years, he worked as a mason in training, and upon graduation, began his lifelong vocation as a mason in the mid-coast region with Smith and May Masonry for almost 22 years.
He loved putting together family reunions and spending time with his family, especially around a large bon fire. Paul was known for his homemade spaghetti sauce, his great sense of humor and big heart. He enjoyed camping, hunting, ice fishing, four wheeling and had just received his motorcycle license. He also enjoyed building computers.
Paul was predeceased by his brother, Steve Mushrall, who died in 1995, and his mother, Connie Winslow, in 1998.
Survivors include his fiancée, Roberta Ellwell of Warren; son, Daniel Mushrall of Waldoboro; daughter, Bonnie Mushrall of Warren; step-daughters, Crista Brown of Camden, and Heather Concellini of Augusta, Ga.; grandchildren, Skyler Brown, Eliza Brown and Arianna Brown, all of Camden, and Emma Concellini of Augusta, Ga.; sisters, Yvette Candage of Bangor and Cheri Fuller of Chapel Hill, N.C.; sister-in-law, Karen Mushrall of Bucksport; nephews, Ian Fuller and David Mushrall; nieces, Jessica Wellman and Amber Shorey; and best friend, Lance Philbrook.
Visiting hours 6-8 p.m., Mon., Oct. 1 and 1-2 p.m., Tues., Oct. 2, followed by a celebration of life service at 2 p.m. at Hall Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 949 Main St. Waldoboro.
