Pauline Marjorie Peaslee, 58, of Whitefield passed away unexpectedly on June 19 at the Sheepscott Valley Health Center in Coopers Mills.
She was born in Whitefield on April 27, 1950, a daughter of Harold and Ruth Weaver Peaslee.
She loved all her children. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting and attending lawn sales and cooking. She was a loving giving person. Her greatest joy in life was her grandchildren.
Pauline was predeceased by her parents, two brothers, Donald and Albert and a sister Tina.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Peaslee of Whitefield; three sons, Daniel Peaslee and wife Jackie of Woolwich, Robert Peaslee and wife Ronda of Whitefield, and Steven Joslyn and wife Debbie of Thomaston; daughter, Leanne Inman and husband Mike of Raymond; four stepchildren, Carol Moulton of Pittston, Kenneth Peaslee, Jr. Carthage, N.C., Lisa Williams of Bowdoinham, and Stephen Peaslee of Carthage, N.C.; 12 brothers and sisters, Serena Delano of Whitefield, Patsy Mitten of Augusta, Clifford Wilson of Augusta, Charles Wilson of Windsor, Alta Miller of Whitefield, Robert Wilson of Whitefield, Harold Peaslee, Jr. of Jefferson, Edward Peaslee of Whitefield, Benjamin Peaslee of Augusta, Ricky Peaslee of Augusta, Paul Peaslee of Whitefield, and Dale Peaslee of Whitefield; and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial service 5 p.m., Tues., July 1 at the Apostolic Church, Western Ave., Augusta.
Arrangements are under the care of Staples Funeral Home, 53 Brunswick Ave., Gardiner.
