Phyllis Jean Peterson, 84, of Damariscotta, passed away at her home on the evening of May 21, with her son by her side. Born on Aug. 31, 1930 in Philadelphia, Penn., she was the daughter of Leonard and Mildred (Noll) Kershaw.
She will be laid to rest with her husband privately in the Hillside Cemetery in Damariscotta. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Sat., June 6 at the Water of Life Lutheran Church in Newcastle.
