Rev. Vernon Jordan passed away peacefully in St. George on March 26 surrounded by his loving family.
Time of visitation 6-8 p.m., Fri., March 29 at Hall Funeral Home, 949 Main St., Waldoboro. Celebration of life 1 p.m., Sat., March 30 at the First Baptist Church of St. George, 15 Snows Point Rd., St. George, with the Rev. Dr. Woody Welch officiating. Burial will take place at the Orff’s Corner Cemetery in the spring.
