Robert Roy Noyes passed away April 24, 2019 at the age of 72 from a long illness.
He was born on Oct. 30, 1946 to Joseph and Eunice (Glidden) Noyes in Jefferson where he grew up. He worked in the woods and as a worm digger his whole life. Robert had a love for pulling horses. He passed away peacefully at his son Robert Peaslee’s home in Whitefield where he lived for the last two years.
He is survived by his son, Robert Peaslee and wife Ronda of Whitefield; daughters, Dawna Noyes of Vassalboro, and Laurie Abbott and husband Bruce of Madison; brothers and sisters; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and many family members and friends. He is predeceased by his father Joseph Noyes Sr.; mother, Eunice (Glidden) Noyes; brother, Joseph Noyes Jr.; and a grandson, Jacob Noyes.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at 1 p.m. in Windsor at the Windsor Hall on Route 32.
