Sally Benson Cougle passed away on Oct. 3 at her home in Newcastle. She was born in Manchester, Conn., the daughter of Ernest and Mary Benson.
Sally grew up in Northborough, Mass. and was a 1953 graduate of Northborough High School, where she played softball and basketball, and was a member of the National Honor Society.
