Sheila Ann Salonick, 70, died Dec. 21 at the Gregory Wing in Boothbay Harbor.
Memorial service 1 p.m., Sat., Dec. 30 at Simmons, Harrington & Hall Funeral Home, 975 Wiscasset Rd., Boothbay. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery, Boothbay.
Arrangements are entrusted to Simmons, Harrington & Hall Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Boothbay.
