Tammy L. Severson, 31, of Hope, died May 19 at her home. She was born April 3, 1977 in Rockport, a daughter of Douglas and Joan Campbell Severson. Tammy grew up in Waldoboro and attended local schools in Waldoboro and Warren. She graduated from Medomak Valley High School in the Special Education Program.
Tammy enjoyed embroidery, sewing, eating, watching movies and playing video games. She always enjoyed her trips to Florida every year. She loved South of the Border and also loved swimming.
Tammy is survived by her parents, Douglas and Joan Severson of Hope; brothers, Lewis Young of Loxahatchie, Fla., and Andrew Severson and wife Loretta of Waldoboro; sisters, Christine Mills and husband Scott of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., and Carla Walker of Waldoboro; nephews, Scott Mills of Florida, Dwayne Walker of Windham, Jason Walker of Waldoboro, Andy Severson of Rockland, and Drew Severson of Waldoboro; nieces, Crystal Mills of Florida, Jessica Walker of Portland, Sarah Walker of Waldoboro, and Savannah Severson of Waldoboro; and great niece, Kadence Walker of Portland.
Visiting hours 6-8 p.m., Fri., May 23 at the Hall Funeral Home, 949 Main St., Waldoboro. Celebration of her life 10 a.m., Sat., May 24 at the Hall Funeral Home. Burial 1 p.m., Wed., May 28 in the Shuman Cemetery in Waldoboro.
