Thomas P. Pinson, 61, of Walpole, passed away suddenly, of a heart attack, on Feb. 25 at home. Born on Sept. 20, 1951, in Liberty Corner, N.J., he was the son of Charles and Ellen (Deeny) Pinson.
Tom was in independent scholar and sometimes teacher of sacred geometry. An avid reader and prolific writer, he was always ready to share his knowledge on a broad range of subjects if the sharing might benefit others.
He was known by young and old as a caring, generous friend, always reaching out to help others.
He is survived by his wife, Alexsondra Tomasulo-Pinson; two sons, Tristan and Liam; sisters, Ellie Pinson-Rose and Martha Pinson; nephews, Chuck, Willie, and Jack; and niece, Ellen.
Funeral service for Tom was March 1 at the Strong-Hancock Funeral Home in Damariscotta. He will be laid to rest in the Somerset Hills Memorial Park in New Jersey on Fri., March 8.
