William “Bill” Paul Miller, 71, of Waldoboro, passed away on March 6 at LincolnHealth – Miles Campus after a short illness. He was the loving husband of Rosemary (Stachco) Miller with whom he shared 48 years of marriage.
Bill was born on June 19, 1945 in Newport, R.I. and was the son of the late Edwin J. and Mary E (Tomasch) Miller. He was a graduate of New York Mills High School and attended Utica College.
Bill was currently employed as a principal software support analyst for Ellucian in Malvern, Penn. for 27 years and previously worked for the University of New Hampshire. Bill was an herbalist and liked collecting crystals and precious stones.
He is survived by daughter, Michelle T. Basilotto of Las Vegas, Nev.; son, William J. Miller of Chester Springs, Penn.; grandson, Joshua W. Miller of Mickleton, N.J.; and nephew, John Jasek of Waldoboro.
At the family’s request there will be no services.
