William C. Palmer, 97, of Whitefield, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Dec. 10.
Bill was always enthusiastic about life and friendly to all.
He was predeceased by his wife, Dorothy Palmer and is survived by his son, Scott Palmer of Texas.
At his request there will be no memorial service.
