William Dunning Mulligan, 78, of Edgecomb, passed away March 29 at his home with his family by his side. Born in Cambridge, Mass. on May 21, 1930, he was the son of James E. and Mara E. (Dunning) Mulligan.
Memorial service 2 p.m., Sat., June 27 at the Bunker Hill Church, Jefferson.
