A graveside service will be held for William R. Fowler, who passed away on Feb. 28, 2023. His service will be held at the Shuman Cemetery on Route 220, in Waldoboro, on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at 1 p.m. Hall’s of Waldoboro has care of the arrangements.
