Records
In applying for any job, there are obviously records that one has to make available to substantiate one’s qualifications for the job. The more important the position, the more extensive the records required. For anything as important as a position of CEO for a major corporation, for example, the background of the person applying will be scrutinized in great detail.
It has to be obvious to all that for the job of president of the United States, complete medical records and complete tax returns would have to represent the absolute minimum of those things that are required.
We obviously have to be able to say, for a country of 319 million people, and leader of the free world, these two main candidates contending for the position of president of the United States represent the absolute best that we could come up with.
Can we say that?
