Our area is fortunate to have businesses such as J. Edward Knight that are civic minded in giving to the community.
J. Edward Knight is comprised of six offices that participate in donating to Dress Down Fridays. Each office takes turns every few months donating to any local nonprofit cause or charity of their choice. The New Harbor office has chosen Round Pond Village Improvement Society in hopes of helping to defray the cost of the new dock that was lost in January’s storm. Many thanks to the J. Edward Knight Insurance Co.

It is very hard to imagine that the Fourth of July is only weeks away. We all know that that means gearing up for the parade. Put those thinking caps on and let’s make this one of the best ones yet!
Jimmy Poland, accompanied by his nephew Peter Poland, is jetting his way to Washington, D.C. with the honor flight of Maine. We all look forward to hearing about the experience when they return.
