Brrr … turn off the freezer. I’m ready for a January thaw right now. I guess we’ll get through it. In the spirit of optimism, did you know that Thursday is the shortest day of the year? Spring can only be just around the corner.
A lot of you must have been out shopping on Saturday. We did not see as many of you at the station. I know eventually the trash has to come in to us.
We’ve been doing quite a bit of salting and sanding to keep up with Old Man Winter. Although we try to keep the station free of snow and ice, you still need to use caution as you drive and walk around our facility. If you encounter an area we may have missed, please let us know.
Weather does not seem to have slowed down our dedicated recyclers. We have not seen much drop-off in the amount of recycling material. Thanks for your continued support of this important effort.
