To the Editor:
I wanted to publicly thank “Chris and his Crew” for having the Spirit of Christmas in their hearts the day after the big storm on Monday.
While shoveling the foot or more of packed snow at the end of the driveway that the snowplow left me as a present, Chris and his Crew came by and had enough compassion and generosity of spirit in their hearts to stop and plow the massive mound of snow as a random act of kindness for this middle-aged female stranger.
To me, after five hours of shoveling, they were a gift sent straight from heaven, truly Christmas Angels!
It is so heartwarming to know that there still are wonderful, caring individuals in the world who are willing to give of themselves and their time to help those in need.
Thank you, Chris and Crew, for following in the footsteps of Jesus during this season of His birth.
