To the editor:
Two weeks ago I wrote a letter about being robbed of my crop of cannabis that was being grown to make cancer medicine. I spoke of the “criminal mind” and its manifestations on the human character.
Since then, I have had the opportunity to experience the other side of human nature – care and generosity. Friends called, having read the letter, offering suggestions and help. Thanks to them, I will have the medicine I need this winter. I am deeply grateful to wonderful friends and friends of friends.
