Some things to consider:
“Change” – It’s long overdue. Those who aren’t ready for change might not have noticed that Senator Obama’s recommendations in our Wall Street Crisis and talking with our enemies, have already been implemented. We, the “One nation indivisible”, are very divided. Not just by race or religion, but in regards to how “patriotic” we are about wars.
The fact that we are divided is a sign, not of our maturity, but our strength, something unacceptable and baffling to other countries; many of which appear not yet ready to share diversity, even among themselves.
Sure “change ” is a scary prospect for some people. Consider the great change of 1776 and what it has wrought.
