To the Editor:
I would like to thank the citizens of Wiscasset for their votes. I especially thank those who took the time to write letters to the editor on my behalf. I was genuinely surprised at the number of votes received.
I realize the selectman’s position is not an easy one and that I have a lot to learn. I would like to think that we can make a difference by working together. I believe we can be successful if we can separate facts from fiction. Communication is the key.
I’ll do the best I can to serve the people of Wiscasset.
