To the Editor:
It has been roughly 17 days since the 15-inch storm we got here in Waldoboro. What is the town waiting for to get these sidewalks clear?
Mother Nature to melt it?
The reason for this letter is because someone almost got hit by a car, because they had to walk in the road because sidewalks on Friendship St. aren’t done. Plus, last Sunday people going to the church service at the Methodist Church had to leave the cars sticking out in the road.
Please keep these sidewalks clear from now on. There is no excuse to have gone this long.
Time to wake up and do the job the way it should be done.
