To the Editor:
In January, 2013 our family lost our home on Bayview Road in Nobleboro to a fire. We have been displaced and struggling to get back on our feet for a year and a half now. We finally managed to find and purchase a home back in Nobleboro where we want to live.
On Saturday, Sept. 27, we are hosting a house-warming get-together to celebrate the accomplishment we finally achieved. None of this would have been possible without the support of family, friends, NCS, the town of Nobleboro, and surrounding areas that came to the rescue with fundraisers and donations to help us get back on our feet after losing everything.
We would like to extend an invitation to everyone who helped us overcome our loss and start over again. No gifts are necessary, we would just like you to stop by and celebrate our new life, in our new home. Thank you one and all for helping us to make this possible.
Hope to see you there, Saturday, Sept. 27 at 2 p.m., 56 Evergreen Estates Lane, Nobleboro. We have once again, finally, “Come home!”
