To the Editor:
There is only one candidate in either party who has actually run a “real” business, and has succeeded in the executive branch of government. He is the general manager of Marden’s, a true Maine success story. He has also been elected mayor of Waterville, a predominantly Democratic city. He has cut taxes, and raised the city’s bond rating, and been re-elelected
If Republicans are serious about winning, I would suggest that Paul LePage is not only our wisest choice, but the best and most qualified person of either party to be the next governor of Maine. No one else has his depth or breadth of successful executive experience.
We do not get many opportunities like this, and to quote “elections do have consequences.”
Please vote for Paul LePage on June 8.
