To the Editor:
The chief census officer sent me a postcard telling that I had received the 2010 Census form a week earlier.
I had not.
After calling the number on the card to explain that I was awaiting the delivery of the form, I was connected with an automatic answering voice.
I pushed the requisite button, and the voice told me that it could not answer any query until I entered the number on the 2010 Census Form.
I understand that there are problems with the 2010 Census–believe me, Sir, I understand.
