To the Editor:
I will be retiring from the Newcastle Board of Selectmen after Town Meeting in June. Being on the board has been a very rewarding as well as challenging time in my life. I have greatly appreciated the support and encouragement that I have received from Newcastle residents.
If you are someone who thinks in terms of seeing the needs of the whole town and would like to see the town continue to progress, you would make a good member of the team of our very capable board of selectmen and town administrator. Please go to the town office and get nomination papers. They are available now and must be submitted by April 27.
