To the Editor:
In regards to Paul Kando’s letter to the editor in last week’s paper, I would also like to recognize Sal Bartolotta, LeeAnna Hutchings, and Gary Brackett of the Great Salt Bay Sanitary District for their help successfully connecting temporary water to the residents of Church and Vine Streets.
Special thanks goes to Chris Cossette and Brian Murray of the Wiscasset Water District for the use of temporary piping and lending us their time and manpower.
Paul is exactly right. Without teamwork of all parties involved, the project would not be a success.
Finally, thank you to the residents for their support and understanding.
