Easter Connolly and Dale Swartzentruber are two very fun and creative people in our community.
On Sunday evening Nov. 13 we attended the first of their “Diner After Dark” series at the Bristol Diner. The atmosphere was terrific, with the diner all dolled up for the event – white table cloths, candlelight, subdued lighting, the works. Most importantly, the food was outstanding.
They assembled a wonderful menu (our family tried everything) that included excellent local fare of every variety, supporting our local fishermen and area organic farmers, all delivered with warmth and humor. We had a terrific time.
