Nov. 16, Stuart C.S. Wyman, 25, of Wiscasset, was issued a summons for unlawful sexual touching, on Gardiner Road, Wiscasset, by Detective Scott Hayden.
Dec. 3, Kyle X. Wilson, 18, of Boothbay, was issued a summons for attaching false plates, on Common Drive, Boothbay, by Reserve Deputy Dwight Fowles.
Nov. 30, Guido Hernandez, 24, of Augusta, was arrested for unlawful sexual contact (two counts), sexual abuse of a minor (two counts), and operating after suspension, in Augusta, by Detective Hayden.
Nov. 30, Darren R. Creamer, 35, of Bath, was arrested for aggravated criminal trespass and domestic violence assault, on Dodge Road, Dresden, by Deputy Aaron Beck, who was assisted by Detective Jared Mitkus.
Nov. 30, Alexander N. Crawford, 20, of Bristol, was arrested for criminal restraint, operating under the influence, and domestic violence assault, on Bristol Road, Bristol, by Deputy Kevin Dennison.
Nov. 30, Alexander N. Crawford, 20, of Bristol, was arrested for violating condition of release, on Route 32, Bristol, by Deputy Dennison.
Nov. 30, Theodore E. Poland, 49, of Nobleboro, was arrested on an warrant for unpaid fines, on Homestead Lane, Nobleboro, by Deputy Ryan Chubbuck.
On Dec. 3, an accident occurred on Route 27 in Boothbay involving Melissa Morton, 45, of Boothbay, and Kyle X. Wilson, 18, of Boothbay. Morton was operating her 2016 Ford Focus northbound and stopped to turn left onto Back River Road. Wilson was operating his 1999 Dodge Ram northbound when he collided into the rear of Morton’s vehicle. Reserve Deputy Fowles was the investigating officer.
On Dec. 5, an accident occurred on Boothbay Road in Edgecomb involving Martha Clayter, 59, of Boothbay Harbor. Clayter was operating her 1999 Suzuki northbound when her vehicle began to slide in the snow and, as a result, she lost control and spun out. Her vehicle then crossed the centerline and struck an embankment on the left side of the road. Deputy Caleb Poirier was the investigating officer.
On Dec. 5, an accident occurred on Academy Hill in Newcastle involving Abigail E. Thompson, 18, of Edgecomb, and Kaden J. Pendleton, 17, of Bristol. Thompson was making a right-hand turn from a parking spot in her Ford Ranger when she failed to see the front end of Pendleton’s 1998 Volvo, which was unoccupied, and struck the driver’s side corner. Deputy 1st Class Mark Bridgham was the investigating officer.
On Dec. 5, an accident occurred on River Road in Edgecomb involving Eric Taylor T. Wilde, 27, of West Boothbay. Wilde was operating his 1998 Honda northbound when he encountered snow on the roadway and was unable to stop due to extremely slick conditions. As a result, his vehicle went off the road to the right and snapped off a utility pole. Deputy Poirier was the investigating officer.
On Dec. 5, an accident occurred on Eddy Road in Edgecomb involving Michael J. Ripley, 18, of Edgecomb. Ripley was operating his 2000 Ford Ranger northbound when he lost control of his vehicle going down a hill. As a result, his vehicle left the roadway on the right side and struck a utility pole. Sgt. Matthew Day was the investigating officer.
On Dec. 5, an accident occurred on Middle Road in Dresden involving Mark A. Pare, 49, of Farmingdale. Pare was operating his 2007 Chevrolet Impala northbound when his vehicle went off the roadway due to snowy conditions. His vehicle then rolled onto its side when it hit a ditch. Deputy Poirier was the investigating officer.
