The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 277 calls for service for the period of Nov. 6-14. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 14,561 calls for service.
Summonses
Nov. 8, a 17-year-old female from Boothbay Harbor was issued a summons for minor consuming liquor, in Boothbay, by Deputy Chase Bosse.

Arrests
Nov. 5, Paul W. Thurlow, 30, of Bristol, was arrested on a probation hold and summonsed for violating the sex offender registration act – second offense, in Wiscasset, by Detective Scott Hayden.
Nov. 6, Robert A. Brann Jr., 45, of Whitefield, was arrested for violating condition of release, on Northeast Lane, Whitefield, by Detective Hayden.
Nov. 7, Peter M. Brackett, 55, of Jefferson, was arrested on a Lincoln County warrant for unpaid fines, on Bunker Hill Road, Jefferson, by Deputy Jonathan Colby.
Nov. 7, Peter Karwowski, 49, of Topsham, was arrested on an Androscoggin County warrant for violation of bail, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Sgt. Matthew Day.
Nov. 7, Leann M. Donovan, 28, of Waldoboro, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, on Winslows Mills Road, Waldoboro, by Detective Hayden.
Nov. 8, Bertram E. Stockford, 48, of Whitefield, was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay fines and operating after suspension, on West Alna Road, Alna, by Detective Jared Mitkus.
Nov. 9, Zachary J. Curtis, 29, of Bristol, was arrested on a Lincoln County District Court warrant for violation of bail, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Deputy Colby.
Nov. 11, Adam R. Giles, 26, of Boothbay, was arrested for domestic violence assault, on Head Tide Hill Road, Alna, by Reserve Deputy Neil Genthner.
Nov. 12, Samuel T. Iserbyt, 50, of Dresden, was arrested for violating condition of release and refusing to sign summons, on River Road, Dresden, by Deputy Andrew Miner, who was assisted by Deputy Ryan Chubbuck.
Accidents
On Nov. 7, an accident occurred on Gardiner Road in Wiscasset involving Gregory Foster, 75, of Wiscasset. Mr. Foster was operating his 2011 Toyota Prius northbound when he struck a deer that was in the roadway. Deputy Chubbuck was the investigating officer.
On Nov. 7, an accident occurred on Willow Lane in Wiscasset involving Alyssa J. Payson, 32, of Dracut, Mass. Payson was operating her 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor southbound when she lost control of her vehicle on the right side of the roadway. As a result, her vehicle struck a tree, continued on, and struck a second tree. Deputy Colby was the investigating officer.
On Nov. 9, an accident occurred on Route 1 in Newcastle involving Ryan E. Shorey, 25, of Southport. Shorey was operating his 2007 Honda Ridgeliner southbound when a deer entered the roadway from the east side and was struck. Sgt. Day was the investigating officer.
On Nov. 9, an accident occurred on Mills Road in Whitefield involving Matthew D. Connellan, 61, of Whitefield, and Carrie R. Murray, 41, of Clinton. Murray was operating her 2011 Nissan Frontier westbound on Route 17 toward Augusta and Connellan was operating his 2003 Pontiac Grand Am at the Mills Road intersection, attempting to cross Route 17 onto Mills Road, when he failed to see Murray’s vehicle. As a result, Murray collided with Connellan’s vehicle, forcing both vehicles onto Mills Road. Sgt. Mark Bridgham was the investigating officer.
On Nov. 9, an accident occurred on Augusta Road in Jefferson involving Jonathan L. Bacon, 19, of South China. Bacon was operating his 2001 Toyota Tacoma southbound when he lost control of his vehicle. The vehicle left the roadway, went down into the woods, and got caught on top of a stump. Deputy Miner was the investigating officer.
On Nov. 10, an accident occurred on Vannah Road in Nobleboro involving Donald Nadeau, 64, of Waldoboro. Nadeau was operating his 2010 Chevrolet 1500 southbound when a deer ran out in front of him and was struck, causing damage to the front passenger corner of his vehicle. Reserve Deputy Dwight Fowles was the investigating officer.
