The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 50-year-old man and summonsed six adults and 11 juveniles at a party on Main Street in Whitefield the night of Saturday, Sept. 17.
Deputies located the party at about 9:20 p.m., according to a press release from the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
Sean Pignatello, 50, of Whitefield, owns the residence. Pignatello faces a charge of furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol. He was transported to Two Bridges Regional Jail in Wiscasset and later released.
Eleven juveniles ages 14-17 face charges of possession of liquor. Deputies summonsed the juveniles and released them into their parents’ custody. The cases will be referred to a juvenile community corrections officer for review.
Five adults face charges of possession of liquor by a minor: Jakob Church, 18, of China; Jarod Dye, 19, of Hallowell; Devon Klockow, 20, of Brunswick; Avery Murphy-Anderson, 19, of Brunswick; and Kevin Stebbins, 19, of Gardiner.
A sixth faces a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana: Zachary Glidden, 18, of Whitefield.
All 18 defendants will make their initial appearances at the Lincoln County Courthouse at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 27.
Deputies are continuing to gather information about the party. When the investigation is complete, the results will be forwarded to the Lincoln County District Attorney’s Office for review. Additional charges are possible.
