Aug. 29, Cleveland E. Prior, 30, of Bremen, was issued a summons for cultivating marijuana, on Town Landing Road, Bremen, by Detective Sgt. Ronald Rollins, who was assisted by Detective Terry Michaud.
Aug. 29, Danielle M. Boyington, 27, of Bremen, was issued a summons for cultivating marijuana, on Town Landing Road, Bremen, by Detective Sgt. Ronald Rollins, who was assisted by Detective Terry Michaud.
Aug. 30, Larry E. Nicks, 75, of Newcastle, was issued a summons for operating under the influence, on Route 1, Edgecomb, by Deputy Ryan Chubbuck.
Aug. 31, Lori Ponziani, 51, of Woolwich, was issued a summons for terrorizing by the Sagadahoc County Sheriff’s Office, on behalf of Deputy Aaron Beck, for an incident in Edgecomb.
Aug. 30, Christopher N. Caswell, 59, of Alna, was arrested on two counts of violating a protective order, on Bristol Road, Damariscotta, by Detective Scott Hayden.
Aug. 30, Matthew Norwood, 29, of Newcastle, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear, on Kavanagh Road, Newcastle, by Deputy Chubbuck.
Aug. 31, Michael Gudroe, 42, of Boothbay, was arrested for operating under the influence, on Wiscasset Road, Boothbay, by Deputy Beck.
Sept. 1, Ali R. Brunelle, 25, of Whitefield, was arrested for unlawful possession of scheduled drug, on Wiscasset Road, Boothbay, by Sgt. Brendan Kane.
Sept. 1, Peter Young, 47, of Dresden, was arrested by the Topsham Police Department, on behalf of Deputy Beck, for domestic violence assault and obstructing report of crime, on Stephanie Drive, Dresden.
Sept. 1, Scott L. Hutchinson, 43, of Bremen, was arrested for criminal mischief, on Coggins Road, Bristol, by Deputy Beck.
Sept. 2, Curtis H. Moody, 47, of Whitefield, was arrested for violating condition of release, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Detective Jared Mitkus.
Sept. 5, Philip W. Cunningham, 48, of Damariscotta, was arrested for domestic violence assault – priors, probation violation, and operating vehicle without license, on Gardiner Road, Dresden, by Detective Mitkus.
On Aug. 29, an accident occurred on Boothbay Road in Edgecomb involving R. A. Marchese, 24, of Rochester, N.Y. Marchese was operating his 2004 Honda Civic southbound when he went off the right side of the roadway while rounding a curve. Deputy 1st Class Brian Collamore was the investigating officer.
On Aug. 30, an accident occurred on Route 1 in Edgecomb involving Larry E. Nicks, 75, of Newcastle. Nicks was operating his 2016 Nissan Versa southbound when he drifted into the breakdown lane, where his vehicle struck the guardrail. Deputy Chubbuck was the investigating officer.
On Sept. 1, an accident occurred on Turner Road in Bremen involving Brian E. Etheridge, 55, of Bristol. Etheridge was operating his 2006 Isuzu eastbound when his vehicle pulled to the right side of the road and struck a utility pole. Detective Sgt. Rollins was the investigating officer.
On Sept. 1, an accident occurred on Patricktown Road in Somerville involving Katelyn D. Ross, 21, of Liberty. Ross was operating her 2005 Pontiac Vibe eastbound when she entered the corner too fast. She then overcorrected, causing her vehicle to leave the roadway on the right side. Her vehicle then struck a barbed-wire fence and came to rest in a field. Deputy Beck was the investigating officer.
On Sept. 3, an accident occurred on Upper East Pond Road in Nobleboro involving Andrea N. Spear, 62, of Nobleboro. Spear was operating her 2013 Chevrolet Equinox southbound when her vehicle went off the roadway and struck a pile of garbage. Her vehicle then continued southbound and went off the roadway again, striking a tree and causing front-end damage. Deputy Justin Drake was the investigating officer.
On Sept. 3, an accident occurred on River Road in Edgecomb involving Kyle G. Pendleton, 28, of Alna. Pendleton was operating his 2001 Subaru Outback southbound when he swerved to avoid a deer in the roadway. Due to operating too fast and having bald rear tires, Pendleton lost control of his vehicle and went off the road on the right, rolled over, and went through a telephone pole. Deputy Caleb Poirier was the investigating officer.
On Sept. 5, an accident occurred on State Route 129 in South Bristol involving Charles O. Newell Jr., 58, of Austin, Texas. Newell was operating his 2014 Jeep northbound and began a left turn into the South Bristol post office. As Newell made his turn, he suffered a medical issue which caused his vehicle to go off the edge of the roadway and strike a small structure before coming to rest. Sgt. Jason Nein was the investigating officer.
