Jacob Ingraham, 21, Union, sale/use of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, Sept. 12.

Accident
Sept. 16: Officer Larry Hesseltine investigated an accident on Washington Road at 7:30 a.m. Sean O’Donnell, 50, of Waldoboro, was driving a 2015 Ford pickup truck south on Washington Road. Olivia Merryman, 18, of Harpswell, was driving a 2002 Subaru sedan north on Washington Road. Merryman was making an improper left turn in front of O’Donnell.
Investigations
Sept. 15: Officer Hesseltine investigated a report of criminal mischief to a lawn.
Sept. 16: Officer Hesseltine investigated a report of damage to the canvas top of a pickup.
Officers responded to 138 calls for service.
