There will be meeting to discuss scope of work will be held Thursday April 5th at 6:30 pm at the Town Office, 1268 Bristol Road.
Bids must be received at the Town Office by 4 pm on Wednesday, April 18th, and will be opened at the Selectmen’s meeting at 7 pm that night.
Contractor will agree to perform the following:
1. Foster Road: apply 1” surface over 3,025 feet of pavement. Road
width 18’.
2. Old Fort Road: apply 1” surface over 660 feet of pavement. Road
width 15’, but add apron 25 feet deep at entrance to Colonial
Pemaquid State Park.
3. Beach Loop Road: apply 1” surface over 875’ of pavement.
Road width 13’.
4. Fish Point Road: apply 1” surface over 650 feet of pavement. Road width varies, mostly 13’ but approx. 200 feet of 18’ width including parking area.
5. Bristol Dam Loop: apply 2” surface over 285 feet. Road width 16 feet.
6. New Harbor South Side Boat Landing: apply 3” base and 1” finish to an area 75 feet by 20 feet.
Optional item – if budget allows:
7. Lower Round Pond Road: apply 1” surface over 2,000 feet west of Hanley Farm Road. Road width: 22 feet.
