and endorsed on the outside of the envelope with the name of the project and the contractors’ name will be received until 3:00 PM August 28, 2019.Bids may also be submitted electronically to the ArchitectÕs Office at st@2tarch.com.Bids will be reviewed by the committee on August28, 2019. The Selection Committee reserves the right to waive all formalities and reject any and all proposals or to accept any proposal.
Plans and specifications will be available August7, 2019at Staples Copy Center, Cooks Corner, 8 Gurnet Road, Brunswick,ME04011207.725.2741.The cost of eachset will be $120and paid directly to Staples. Plans and Specifications will also be available electronically in PDF format from the Architect. st@2tarch.com
A pre-bid conference will be held at the site at Pemaquid Beach Park,New Harbor,Maineon August14, 2019at 9:00 am.
