Notice is hereby given that Bristol Parks and Recreation, Bristol, Maine will accept bids for the construction of a new 3000 SF beach pavilion facility according to Drawings and Specifications prepared by Theodore + Theodore Architects and described in general as:

is 40% funded through a
federal grant through the
Land and Water Conservation Fund
Proposals marked “BID FOR GENERAL CONSTRUCTION New Pemaquid Beach Pavilion” addressed to:

and endorsed on the outside of the envelope with the name of the project and the contractors’ name will be received until 3:00 PM August 28, 2019. Bids may also be submitted electronically to the Architect’s Office at st@2tarch.com. Bids will be reviewed by the committee on August 28, 2019. The Selection Committee reserves the right to waive all formalities and reject any and all proposals or to accept any proposal.
Plans and specifications will be available August 7, 2019 at Staples Copy Center, Cooks Corner, 8 Gurnet Road, Brunswick, ME 04011 207.725.2741. The cost of each set will be $120 and paid directly to Staples. Plans and Specifications will also be available electronically in PDF format from the Architect. st@2tarch.com
A pre-bid conference was held at the site at Pemaquid Beach Park, New Harbor, Maine on August 14, 2019 at 9:00 am.
