Notice is hereby given that in accordance with a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale docketed June 9, 2017, entered by the Lincoln County Superior Court in the case of Northeast Bank v. Karena S. Parker, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Leroy H. Parker, et al., Docket No. RE‑15-25, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a Mortgage granted by Leroy H. Parker dated October 31, 2000, recorded at the Lincoln County Registry of Deeds in Book 2614, Page 311, the period of redemption from said judgment having expired, a public sale will be conducted on January 10, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. at 1751 Winslow Mills Road, Waldoboro, Maine.
The property will be sold by public auction subject to all outstanding municipal assessments and encumbrances. The deposit to bid is $5,000.00 in U.S. funds by certified or bank check made payable to Pierce Atwood LLP, to be increased to ten percent (10%) of the bid amount within 5 days of the public sale, and with the balance due and payable within 30 days of the public sale.
