Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered January 25, 2017, as affected by an Order on Plaintiff’s Motion to Enlarge the Deadline to Commence Publication and entered on February 21, 2018, in the action entitled KeyBank National Association v. Emily Kelley, Personal Representative of the Estate of Jennifer Easter a/k/a Jennifer C. Libby, by the Maine District Court, Division of Wiscasset, Docket No.: WISDC-RE-16-30, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Jennifer C. Libby to KeyBank National Association and dated July 14, 2003 and recorded in the Lincoln County Registry of Deeds in Book 3120 at Page 232, should the period of redemption have expired without redemption of the property by the Estate of Jennifer Easter a/k/a Jennifer C. Libby, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on
May 23, 2018 commencing at 10:30 AM at Office of Shechtman Halperin Savage LLP, 190 U.S. Route One, 2nd Floor-Rear, Falmouth, Maine
The property is located at 266 Lower Cross Road, Nobleboro, Lincoln County, Maine, reference as described in said mortgage.
The sale will be by public auction. All bidders for the property will be required to make a deposit of $5,000.00 in cash, certified or bank check at the time of the public sale made payable to Shechtman Halperin Savage, LLP, which deposit is non-refundable as to the highest bidder. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days of the public sale. In the event that a representative of KeyBank National Association is not present at the time and place stated in this notice, no sale shall be deemed to have occurred and all rights to reschedule a subsequent sale are reserved.
