Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Consented Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered June 11, 2018 in the action entitled Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-R3 v. Ronda O. Brock et al., by the Maine District Court, Division of Wiscasset, Docket No. WISDC-RE-17-7, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Ronda O. Brock and William C. Brock to Ameriquest Mortgage Company, dated February 21, 2005 and recorded in the Lincoln County Registry of Deeds in Book 3445, Page 266, and the period of redemption having expired without redemption of the property by the mortgagor(s), a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on:
July 26, 2018 commencing at 11:00 AM at the Office of Leopold & Associates PLLC,

The property is located at 3045 Washington Road, Waldoboro, Lincoln County, Maine, reference as described in said mortgage.
The sale will be by public auction. All bidders for the property will be required to make a deposit of $5,000 in certified or bank check at the time of the public sale made payable to Leopold & Associates, PLLC, which deposit is non-refundable as to the highest bidder. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days of the public sale. In the event a representative of the mortgagee is not present at the time and place stated in this notice, no sale shall be deemed to have occurred and all rights to reschedule a subsequent sale are reserved.
