By virtue of and in execution of a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered in the Maine District Court, Division of Lincoln, on July 24, 2018, an action entitled R F Land Partners, LLC v. Willett, et al., Docket No. WISDC-RE-18-13, for the foreclosure of a mortgage recorded in the Lincoln County Registry of Deeds in Book 4911, Page 156, the statutory 90 day period having elapsed without redemption and the statutory period of redemption having expired, notice is hereby given that there will be sold at a public sale beginning at 1:00 P.M. on December 4, 2018, at the office of Jensen Baird Gardner & Henry, 10 Free Street, Portland, Maine, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, to which reference is hereby made for a complete description.
The property is located at Crummett Mountain Road, Somerville, Maine, and is described as Lot No. 1 on a plan entitled, “Final Subdivision Plan made for R. F. Land Partners, LLC of Property Located On Crummett Mountain Road, Somerville, Maine,” recorded in the Lincoln County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 102, Page 62.
Terms of Sale: Premises will be sold and conveyed to the highest bidder by a Release Deed from R F Land Partners, LLC. The mortgage holder reserves the right to bid. The purchase price is payable as follows: Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) in cash, certified check, or cashier’s check payable to Jensen Baird Gardner & Henry at the sale as a non-refundable earnest money deposit; the balance in cash, certified check, or cashier’s check within thirty (30) days thereafter.
