YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned, on behalf of the Plaintiffs, will move before The Honorable Presiding Judge, in the Family Court for the Second Judicial Circuit, at Barnwell County Courthouse, on the 24th day of January, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, at the Barnwell County Courthouse, Barnwell, South Carolina, and then and there request the Court for the issuance of its Order Appointing GAL as herein requested in the Plaintiffs Petition for Appointment of Guardian Ad Litem, which is attached hereto, and this Motion, and such other relief as the Court deems just, equitable, and proper. Shall remain in force until a final hearing can be held in this matter.

Moore, by publishing copies of the Summons, and Hearing Notice in The Lincoln County News of general circulation in Dresden, Maine, which is where it is believed the Defendant, Patrick R. Moore, resides, once weekly for three consecutive weeks and by forwarding a copy of the pleadings to the Defendant at this last known address.

You have thirty (30) days in which to respond by filing with the Court in which the adoption is pending, a notice and reasons to contest this adoption, intervene or otherwise respond.
You must notify the Court of your current address and any changes in address during the adoption proceeding.
The failure to file a response within thirty (30) days of receiving notice constitutes consent to the adoption of this child and the forfeiture of all rights and obligations that you have with respect to this child.
