Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered June 08, 2016 in the action entitled U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-BC6 v. William B. Page, et al., by the Maine District Court, Division of Wiscasset, Docket No.: WISDC-RE-15-31, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by William B. Page and Gayle S. Page to Option One Mortgage Corporation, a California Corporation dated August 28, 2006 and recorded in the Lincoln County Registry of Deeds in Book 3732, Page 100, should the period of redemption have expired without redemption of the property by the mortgagor(s), a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on
October 21, 2016 commencing at 10:00 AM at Office of Shechtman Halperin Savage LLP, 190 U.S. Route One, 2nd Floor-Rear, Falmouth, Maine
The property is located at 49 Landing Road, Southport, Lincoln County, Maine, reference as described in said mortgage.
The sale will be by public auction.
