Notice is hereby given that in accordance with a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale dated December 6, 2018, which judgment was entered on December 6, 2018 by the Lincoln County Superior Court, in the case of Maine State Housing Authority v. Robert D. Brunetti, Jr., et al., Docket No. RE-2018-21, and wherein the Court adjudged a foreclosure of a Mortgage Deed granted by Robert D. Brunetti, Jr. and Elke S. Brunetti to Rockland Savings and Loan Association, dated October 18, 2004, and recorded in the Lincoln County Registry of Deeds in Book 3381, Page 113, which was subsequently assigned to Maine State Housing Authority pursuant to an Assignment of Mortgage dated October 18, 2004, and recorded in Book 3381, Page 121, the period of redemption from said judgment having expired, a public sale will be conducted on April 24, 2019, commencing at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of Eaton Peabody, 80 Exchange Street, 6th Floor, Bangor, Maine. The property to be sold is further described on the Town of Waldoboro Tax Maps at Map R19, Lot 19-4. Reference should be had to the Mortgage Deed for a more complete legal description of the property to be conveyed.
The property will be sold by public auction subject to all outstanding municipal assessments and encumbrances. The deposit to bid is $2,500.00, to be increased as necessary to equal ten percent (10%) of the sale price the day of the public sale, with the balance due and payable within thirty (30) days of the public sale. All other terms and conditions of the sale will be available from the auctioneer.
