TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and to
Peter J. Gilmore, Jr., formerly of Bremen, Lincoln County, in the State of Maine; and now of parts unknown; or their heirs, devisees or legal representatives:
Whereas, a complaint has been presented to said Court by the Town of Barre, in the County of Worcester, and said Commonwealth, to foreclose all rights of redemption from the tax lien proceeding described in said complaint in and concerning a certain parcel of land situate in said Barre, in the County of Worcester, and in said Commonwealth, bounded and described in said complaint as follows:
Land in said Barre on Wauwinet Road, shown as Lot 150 on Assessors’ Map D, described in the Worc. Dist. Deeds, B. 26051, P. 83.
If you desire to make any objection or defense to said complaint you or your attorney must file a written appearance and an answer, under oath, setting forth clearly and specifically your objections or defense to each part of said complaint, in the office of the Recorder of said Court in Boston (at the Courthouse located on Three Pemberton Square, Room 507 in Boston, MA 02108), on or before the eleventh day of November in the year two thousand and nineteen.
Unless an appearance is so filed by or for you, your default will be recorded, the said complaint will be taken as confessed and you will be forever barred from contesting said complaint or any judgment entered thereon.
And in addition to the usual service of this notice as required by law, it is ordered that the foregoing citation be published forthwith once in the Lincoln County News
a newspaper published in Lincoln County, Maine.
