Notice is hereby given that in accordance with a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale docketed April 7, 2016, entered by the Lincoln County Superior Court in the case of The First, N.A. v. Margo R. McFarland and Maine Reflections Cleaning Services, Inc. d/b/a Standpipe Redemption, et al., Docket No. RE-15-5, wherein the Court adjudged a foreclosure of (i) a mortgage deed granted by Margo R. McFarland to Plaintiff dated May 13, 2005, recorded in the Lincoln County Registry of Deeds in Book 3483, Page 31, (ii) a mortgage deed granted by Margo R. McFarland to Plaintiff dated August 8, 2008, recorded in the Lincoln County Registry of Deeds in Book 4040, Page 115, and (iii) a mortgage deed granted by Margo R. McFarland to Plaintiff dated September 22, 2010, recorded in the Lincoln County Registry of Deeds in Book 4322, Page 266, the period of redemption from said Judgment having expired, a public sale of the property described in the Mortgages will be conducted on August 26, 2016 commencing at 9:00 a.m. at First National Bank, 39 Gardiner Road, Wiscasset, Maine.
The property will be sold by public auction subject to all outstanding municipal assessments and encumbrances. The deposit to bid is $10,000.00 in U.S. funds by certified or bank check made payable to Pierce Atwood LLP, to be increased to ten percent (10%) of the bid amount within 5 days of the public sale, and with the balance due and payable within 30 days of the public sale.
