Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Stipulated Judgment of Foreclosure and Order of Sale entered May 02, 2017 in the action entitled Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc. v. Cheryl Greenleaf et al., by the Maine District Court, Division of Wiscasset, Docket No.: RE-16-57, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Cheryl Greenleaf to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. solely as nominee for Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc. d/b/a Security I Lending, its successors and/or assigns, dated June 12, 2014 and recorded in the Lincoln County Registry of Deeds in Book 4790 at Page 168, should the period of redemption have expired without redemption of the property by the mortgagor, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on

The sale will be by public auction.
