Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Stipulated Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered May 3, 2017 in the action entitled Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB d/b/a Christiana Trust, not individually but as Trustee for Carlsbad Funding Mortgage Trust v. Katherine M. Littlefield, as Special Administrator of the Estate of Maxine McFarland., by the Maine District Court, Division of Wiscasset, Docket No. WISDC-RE-13-91, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Maxine McFarland to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Advanced Financial Services, Inc., its successors and/or assigns dated July 2, 2008 and recorded in the Lincoln County Registry of Deeds in Book 4027 at Page 1, should the period of redemption have expired without redemption of the property by the Estate, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on

commencing at 10:30 a.m.
at Office of Shechtman Halperin Savage LLP, 190 U.S. Route One, 2nd Floor-Rear, Falmouth, Maine
The property is located at 8 Appletree Drive, South Bristol, Lincoln County, Maine, reference as described in said mortgage.
The sale will be by public auction. All bidders for the property will be required to make a deposit of $5,000.00 in cash, certified or bank check at the time of the public sale made payable to Shechtman Halperin Savage, LLP, which deposit is non-refundable as to the highest bidder. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days of the public sale.
