Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Consented Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered February 12, 2016 in the action entitled U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF8 Master Participation Trust v. Manuel Souza a/k/a Manuel Souza Jr. and Darlene Souza, et al., by the Wiscasset District Court, Docket No. WISDC-RE-14-47, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Manuel Souza and Darlene Souza to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Home Funds Direct, its successors and assigns dated January 20, 2005 and recorded in the Lincoln County Registry of Deeds in Book 3432, Page 241, the period of redemption having expired, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on Thursday, August 25, 2016, commencing at 11:45 AM, at the Law Office of Shapiro & Morley, LLC, 707 Sable Oaks Dr., Suite 250, South Portland, Maine 04106.
The property is located at 361 Washington Road f/k/a 360 Washington Road, Jefferson, Maine.
The sale will be by public auction. All bidders for the property will be required to make a deposit of $5,000.00 in cash, certified or bank check at the time of the public sale made payable to Shapiro & Morley, LLC, which deposit is non-refundable as to the highest bidder.
